Every alteration and redesign starts with a careful review, so the quote reflects the garment, the fabric, and the work it needs.
A deposit of 30 percent is required for approved garment redesign projects. The remaining balance is settled when the work is collected.
Turnaround is usually estimated at 10 to 20 business days for redesign work, depending on the garment and workshop schedule. We confirm the timing after assessment.
If additional work becomes necessary, we ask for approval before continuing. Any supplementary materials are quoted separately once availability has been checked.
